1. Minimalism in photography is based around simplicity in the subject or subject of the photograph. Ideally, the photograph should mainly contain solid colors and should refrain from patterns that are too loud or busy. The subject should be simple and not contain anything that would make it complex. 2. The white and green compliment each other well. It is appealing to look at and doesn't have motion or busy patterns. The colors are calming and the there is one subject. The water is clear and the balance of the photo is nice from top to bottom. The warm colors look really nice with the mans more yellow skin tone and his outfit. The clean line really pulls the simplicity of the photo together.


This photo is actually pretty decent. It is very abstract and I like how you took the time to paint your skin. It reminds me of 'The Starry Night'. The only thing I would recommend doing is cropping the doorframe from the bottom corner of your photo. Other than that, the whole picture is amazing.
