1) What question does Erik pose to the audience? Is it photography? 2) What was Erik’s first real passion? drawing 3) What conception of photography did Erik previously hold? you just had to be in the right place at the right time 4) How did this inspire him? he wanted the process to continue after he pressed the trigger 5) What “common goal” do Erik’s photos have? to make something impossible look real 6) Define realism as used in this context. to make something look like its seamlessly in a space without the viewer knowing how it was composed. 7) What principles does he adhere to when creating an image? same height, same lighting 8) Why is it easier to create a place rather than to find a place? because you dont have to compromise on the ideas in your head 9) How does he plan the photos? he sketches them out 10) What is his conclusion? Photography is realism, where it looks like the images blend seamlessly and it could be real.
